The Jackson Family

Family

At the beginning of March, just before my whole world went crazy with all of this COVID-19 junk, I had the opportunity to fly to California. I try to make it back once a year to work with my oldest, dearest, and most loyal Family Portrait clients. I missed 2019 because of my work/personal schedule, so I was thrilled to be able to fit this trip in. Just in the knick of time, unbeknownst to me!

I have been fortunate to work with the Jackson family twice in the past. Both of us were so happy we could work our schedules out during this trip. I can’t believe how much the kids have grown and how mature they have gotten! Of course, Jamie and Chris are as sweet and lovely as ever.

The Jacksons and I met at the San Diego LDS Temple for their family session. The grounds there are always impeccable and we lucked out the with MOST PERFECT weather for their shoot. It had been raining all week but the bad weather finally cleared up. There was just enough of a cloud cover to create the most beautiful diffuser for the late afternoon sunlight.

These have to be some of my very favorite family photos to date! I am so happy with the results! My heart was so full, being able to connect again with a family who has supported me and my photography business for many years. I hope, with all of my fingers and toes crossed, that I have many more opportunities to work with the Jacksons. Their hearts are genuine and their love is real. And I cannot get enough of their cute kids!

On a side note, don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like to have your family portraits taken at the Indianapolis Temple! I would love to create some special memories for you at such a pretty venue!
