Every so often, I get the opportunity to work for a client who is more than just a client. Terri is actually my beloved Second Shooter and my right-hand-woman at weddings. It was extra special to be able to spend and evening shooting a Couple’s Photo Session for her and her husband, Noah.
A Couple’s Photo Session on Second Street
Terri and I adore the same aesthetic when it comes to photo shoot locations. We both love lots of greenery, gorgeous light, and impeccable architecture. When we decided to do a shoot for her and Noah, choosing to work on Second Street in Evansville was a no-brainer. There are so many beautiful nooks and crannies along this little stretch of neighborhood! From cobble stone streets to mansions dating back to the mid-1800’s, the only thing that made this shoot location better was the subjects themselves.
Terri and Noah are such a great couple and the definition of the phrase “opposites attract.” Noah is measured, intellectual, and reserved. Terri, on the other hand, is adventurous, vibrant, and can be anything but quiet (in the best ways, of course). They are the Yin to each other’s Yang and I love how each are equally hard-working cogs in their marriage.
It was a pleasure spending time loving on Noah and Terri and creating a visual and tangible witness to their love. I’ve heard they have created some fantastic gallery walls in their with the images from their Couple’s Session. I can’t wait to see them in person some day!
