Cael Hansen: Class of 2026

Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Cael Hansen, a member of the Class of 2026 whose dedication to athletics and commitment to his future made for an unforgettable senior session.

Meet Cael Hansen: Athlete, Leader, and Future Educator

Throughout high school, Cael stayed busy competing in Water Polo, Swimming, and Basketball. His years of hard work paid off with numerous achievements, but one accomplishment stands above the rest—earning MVP honors in Water Polo during his senior year.

When asked about his favorite high school memory, Cael didn’t hesitate to mention winning a CIF Championship, a moment that represented countless hours of practice, teamwork, and determination.

These accomplishments made the perfect inspiration for a senior photography session that celebrated not only where he’s been but also where he’s headed next.

The Importance of Family Support

One of the most meaningful answers Cael shared during his senior questionnaire was about the people who impacted him most during high school.

He credits his parents as his biggest supporters, explaining that they continually pushed him to work hard, challenge himself, and pursue success. Their encouragement helped shape the person he is today and gave him the confidence to pursue his future goals.

From High School Graduate to College Athlete

Following graduation, Cael will attend Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC), where he plans to study education while continuing his athletic career in both water polo and swimming.

His goal is to become a teacher and educator, helping future students learn and grow. It’s always inspiring to photograph seniors who are passionate about making a difference, and Cael’s future certainly looks bright.

A Fun and Relaxed Senior Photography Experience

One of the things Cael mentioned enjoying most about his senior session was the relaxed atmosphere. He shared that his favorite part of working with me was the posing guidance and the jokes we shared throughout the shoot.
